Summer 2001

Dear Patients,

I would like to introduce myself to you.  My name is Xiao Hong.  My family name (or last name) is Li (pronounced "Lee").  I was born in China and I have now lived in the United States for about 11 years.

I was licensed as an acupuncturist by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCA).  I have a Master of Chinese Medicine degree from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine and I am a member of The American Association of Oriental Medicine (AAOM).

I get much enjoyment from helping my patients become healthier.  A patient came to me with a terrible migraine headache.  She suffered from migraines for many years and had taken many types of pain medicine and had gone to other health professionals in the area, but got no relief.  I am happy to report that her migraines have been greatly reduced after my acupuncture treatment.  She later told me that she was "happy to find me."  (See other Patient Testimonials)

In addition to headaches, acupuncture can help with neck pain, back pain, sciatic pain, intestinal disorders, low sex drive, high blood pressure, insomnia, mouth odor, low energy, stress, lack of memory and many other common ailments.

I truly believe that Chinese acupuncture and herbs can help you keep your health and happiness.

I would very much like to help you (and share a little of my culture with you).  I look forward to meeting you.  Please feel free to call me if you have any questions at (757) 499-8488.

Zhu ni shenti jian kang (Wish you good health),

 Xiao Hong Li
